did you sleep well?

for the past few days I have been quite fond of sleeping. But I think i worry too much. I think too much on things that my brain never gets its proper rest. T_T so i try to sleep it off again til my body hurts from being in bed all day. -___- *true story*  



Sometimes I worry why I sleep too much. You see, my mom has
hypothyroidism which eventually slows down your metabolism making you want to sleep often and eventually MAKE YOU FAT! T_T *worst case scenario*  or am I suffering from physical sleep disorder? =O sometimes I wake up feeling tired and groggy even when I spent almost the whole day in bed. -______-


Is this all just a side effect of being physically inactive??? But Mark Twain says sleeping is exercise. so... that must be the reason why I feel tired when I wake up. =))) LOL

Meryl Facts: I hate to admit it.. but I sometimes drool all over my pillows when having a good dream like getting new clothes/ shoes, getting 4 inches taller, and eating out alone or with friends. But most of the time I dream about food. I had a roommate (way back in highschool) who knows when I dream about food... haha!! Literally. She says I drool and I make gnawing sounds with my teeth sometimes. -______-
