accountability?

hey! what's up? what's up? :)
haven't blogged for a long time... ya'll miss me? lololol...
anyway, i'm here to blog about my goals for the next 3 years or so...
you'll all be my witnesses. i'm going to allot 3 days to blog about what happened to me. that way, i can keep track of how fast/slow i'm achieving my goals.
1) make time to serve God. *vcf ortigas*
2) get high grades. really high grades. *gulps huge amount of saliva*
3) exercise everyday... for my scoliosis.
4) maintain a clean room.
5) open facebook only on weekends.
so there.. that's my short list. please be kind enough to remind me of my goals when i seem like i'm forgetting it. hahaha! ...if it's not much of a big favor to ask of you. :">

  2. Ei long time no blog ah? not a bad list (for starters) everybody has to start somewhere right? About the high grades, that's gonna be tough but you can handle for sure. Keeping your room clean? You'll fare well in that aspect even if you clean once a week unless you're allergic to dust and of same sorts that will need you to clean your room dialy. You definitely need to make time for God (though i'm not one to talk coz i'm failing at this) nonetheless cheers to that goal hehehe. About the exercise i would suggest try to incorporate "core strengthening" exercises like good mornings, back hyperextensions, hanging leg raises, etc... to for better sbailization and might also help correcting your posture eventually. Facebook? Hmmmm... I only open my FB account usually once a week i'll be lucky if i get to check my account 3 times a week. hehehe. Good luck w/ your goals i hope the list gets longer though eventually as you go along. A good day to you :)

You may also ask some "fitness related questions there to help you w/ your scoliosis" predicament. we got some memebrs there who are doctors and personal trainers who are good w/ rehab exercises hehehe.

Oh anf correction on my last post its "sbailization", It's stabilization darn these butter fingers LOL!
